  • We've listed all servers as out of stock because of limited available power, cooling, and server hardware. This allows us to retain our limited stock for existing customer needs.
  • If you need to order a server, please email sales@ioflood.com with the details of what you need. Due to limited availability, all sales are being considered on a case by case basis.

Service Status

We are investigating a security incident affecting our systems. We have verified our database integrity, and the support panel and billing portal are back online. VPN / IPMI access remains offline. The IOFLOOD blog and some interactive content are temporarily unavailable.

Overdue invoices: PayPal and credit card services were restored on the 29th and 28th of September, respectively. To give everyone ample time to pay, overdue invoice suspensions will begin being processed normally starting on October 6th. Therefore, services that are 7 or more days overdue, without having arranged with us a specific later payment date, will be at risk of suspension as of October 6th, per our normal overdue policy. If you expect to have invoices that will be greater than 7 days overdue on that date, and you need more time to pay, please contact us and management can consider exceptions on a case by case basis.
