IOFLOOD Security Notice

  • We are investigating a security incident affecting our systems. We have verified our database integrity, and the support panel is back online. The billing portal is partially online, and VPN / IPMI access remains offline.
  • Immediately change any server passwords, SSH credentials or access keys, especially any that have ever been sent to or from us by email.
  • Ordering new services is currently disabled.
  • Payments cannot be made yet. Credit card payments are expected to resume tomorrow; there is no ETA yet for PayPal. Servers with overdue invoices will not be suspended while this notice is in effect.
